First of all please fill in the information request form and send it to us. We will reply you with the price, item detail and delivery time period. Then you just have to verify up on our offer and send us back and that will be the final order.

Delivery
We ship almost around the world. We do our self all the required paper work in our side e.g. packaging, handling, customs clearance and forwarding. We insure each shipment. Buyer has to pay only the net courier freight and what ever customs cost in your country.

Normally we go through DHL UPS and FEDEX (door to door service). Normally it takes 3 to 7 days to reach in US, EU, East Asia and else where from Nepal. We can let you choose the courier agent in as your convenient.

The freight based on the weight of the inventory and method of shipping.
We make note that we make every endeavor to have most of the items in stock at all time. However because all of our products are hand crafted so please allow us 4 to 8 weeks for delivery of items those are not in stock at the time you order.

Method of payment
As per the rules and regulation of Nepal Government payment of the order should come before the shipment lunch, no one can ship the merchandise with out Advance payment certificate. The advance payment certificate will be provided by the bank (where the company has it's account) after getting money from the aboard or where ever the shipment has to go. In this case we request our customers to pay 50% of the total order with the order and the rest amount right the shipment lunch. We can give reference if needed in some part of the world. Repeat customers can arrange payment plans if needed. Please contact us to discuss your payment options.

We do accept Visa, Master card, and American express. But wiring cash by bank will be more convenient for us.
